THE MISSION CONTROL (Technical Support)
Goal: The “Problem Solving” zone. This should be organized by equipment type so experts can find questions quickly.
THE BRIEFING ROOM (Advice & Learning)
Goal: This is the “Knowledge Base.” It’s for discussion, gear reviews, and planning. It is less “urgent” than Mission Control.
THE OBSERVATORY (Showcase)
Goal: A high-visibility area for users to post their finished work. No technical clutter allowed here.
THE LOUNGE (Social/General)
Goal: Low-stakes conversation to build community loyalty.
